Independent clash detection. You start running portions of projects and interfacing directly with trade partners.

You own 3-7 projects. Client-facing. Team leadership. You're the person clients ask for by name on the next bid.
Oversees coordination delivery across the firm. Strategic direction, business development, team development.
Salary ranges are starting points. We pay for proven capability, not just credentials.
