Fabrication-ready MEP coordination, scan-to-BIM, and construction technology consulting from a team based in Lehi. We serve GCs and MEP subcontractors across the Wasatch Front, and data center builders nationwide. Not an offshore modeling queue. Not a fly-in consultant. A senior team that can be on your jobsite the same day.
Fabrication-ready coordination at LOD 350-400 for GCs and MEP subcontractors. Hangers placed, clearances verified, fabrication constraints preserved.
Learn More3D laser scanning and point-cloud-to-Revit modeling for renovations, retrofits, and as-builts anywhere in Utah. A model, not just a point cloud.
Learn MoreLOD 400 coordination on mission-critical builds. Utah is a data center corridor, and this is our home turf.
Learn MoreVendor-agnostic technology advisory for Utah construction firms. Implementation plans your field teams will actually adopt.
Learn MoreThese projects come from our founding team’s three decades of work on Utah jobsites. Data centers, semiconductor fabs, and some of the densest MEP coordination in the state.
South Jordan, UT
$300M+ mission-critical facility. Multi-platform MEP coordination across Tekla, Revit, and Navisworks with field BIM QA/QC.
Salt Lake City, UT
Millions of square feet of sub-grade structure. Our team turned 2D designs into full 3D coordination models.
~$2.5M Estimated SavingsLehi, UT
Semiconductor fab. Extreme precision in MEP routing, cleanroom compatibility, and process piping coordination.
Ephraim, UT
3D modeling for tight, complex areas. Electrical and fire sprinkler trades joined after seeing the mechanical results.
~10x Estimated ROILOD (Level of Development) describes how much real-world detail a BIM model carries. LOD 350 models are coordinated between trades and clash-free on screen. LOD 400 adds fabrication-level detail: hangers and supports placed, insulation modeled, service clearances verified, and assembly sequences preserved. The difference matters because a clash-free model is not automatically a buildable one. We deliver to whichever level your project actually requires.
Coordination is scoped per project. Pricing depends on square footage, the number of trades, the level of development required, and schedule. On mission-critical work, one clash caught before steel orders close typically pays for the entire engagement, since a missed clash on a data center costs $50K to $200K to fix in the field. Send us your drawings and we will reply with a scope and approach within one business day.
Because most coordination is built for a compliance file, not for the crew. If a foreman cannot use the model to answer a question in 30 seconds, he stops opening it, and the coordination work gets redone on paper in the trailer. Our founding doctrine is that if the field is not using it, it failed. Every deliverable we produce is designed for the people who build.
We are based in Lehi and serve GCs and MEP subcontractors across the Wasatch Front and the Intermountain West in person. For data center and mission-critical work we serve clients nationally.
Registered point cloud data (e57, RCP, RCS), as-built Revit models at LOD 100 through 400, 2D plans and sections, deviation reports comparing scan to design intent, and clash analysis between existing and proposed systems. You get a model your design team and trades can use immediately, not just a point cloud.
Offshore shops sell hours of modeling. We sell coordination outcomes, delivered by people with decades on Utah jobsites who can sit in your coordination meeting and walk your site the same day. Our models preserve the fabrication constraints that offshore production work routinely misses, which is the difference between a model that looks clean on screen and one your trades build from.
Send us your project and we will reply within one business day. No pitch, no pressure. Just a conversation about what your field crews actually need.
