We are looking for a BIM modeler who is already curious about AI and wants to help us figure out where it actually helps on clash detection, coordination, and residential design workflows. You will work alongside a founding team whose backgrounds include three decades as superintendents and project managers, plus senior consulting at Autodesk. You will sit in coordination meetings, listen to mechanical foremen explain why a duct cannot run there, and contribute to how trades actually build what we draw. You will take meaningful ownership of portions of projects under the direction of a PM, and grow into running entire coordination efforts.
