We help builders build smarter. We deliver fabrication-ready MEP coordination, residential design, and AI and technology consulting to contractors who care whether the field actually uses what we build. If the field isn't using it, it failed. We are also one of the few BIM firms openly working on how AI changes coordination. Not as hype. As a real question we are trying to answer with our clients.

The Role

We are looking for a BIM Project Manager who can own multiple MEP coordination projects at a time, run client-facing relationships from kickoff to closeout, and help us build a delivery operation that does not look like every other clash-report shop. You will work alongside the founding team and the modelers you direct. You will run multi-trade coordination meetings, set the standard for how we deliver, and have a real seat at the table on hiring, process, and how AI changes our craft. There is also a path to grow into our AI and technology consulting practice. We do not expect consulting experience on day one. We do expect curiosity and willingness to learn. This is a foundational hire. The PMs we bring on now will shape what RBS Dynamic looks like at twenty people.

What You Will Do

• Own multiple MEP coordination projects from kickoff to closeout
• Run multi-trade coordination meetings with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural teams
• Direct modelers (junior to mid-level) on your projects
• Manage client relationships with GCs, MEP subs, and owner teams
• Set and enforce LOD 350 to 400 standards on fabrication-ready deliverables
• Help us evaluate, pilot, and roll out AI tools that improve coordination output
• Travel occasionally to job sites for coordination meetings and walk-throughs, primarily along the Wasatch Front
• Contribute to hiring, mentoring, and building the delivery playbook

What We Are Looking For

• Five or more years in BIM coordination, with clear ownership of complete projects
• Strong Revit and Navisworks proficiency
• MEP coordination experience on commercial, healthcare, data center, or industrial projects
• Client-facing comfort: you can run a coordination meeting and hold the room
• Field credibility: you have been on the job site, in the trailer, or on the tools at some point
• Active curiosity about AI, with hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools, and clear ideas about where they fit in coordination workflows
• Willingness to grow into AI and technology consulting work over time (prior consulting experience is not required)
• The judgment to push back on a deliverable that meets spec but will not be used in the field
• Mission-critical, semiconductor, or data center coordination experience is a major plus. Organizational change management training is a plus.
