We help builders build smarter. We deliver fabrication-ready MEP coordination, residential design, and AI and technology consulting to contractors who care whether the field actually uses what we build. If the field isn't using it, it failed. We are also one of the few BIM firms openly working on how AI changes coordination. Not as hype. As a real question, we are trying to answer with our clients.

The Role

We are looking for a junior BIM modeler who is curious about AI and wants to help us figure out where it actually helps on clash detection, coordination, and residential design workflows. You will work alongside and learn from people who have been superintendents, project managers, and Autodesk consultants. You will sit in coordination meetings, listen to mechanical foremen explain why a duct cannot run there, and learn how trades actually build what we draw. You will also work on residential design plan sets for custom home and production builder clients. Both full-time and part-time W2 arrangements are open.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain Revit models under the direction of a project manager
• Run basic clash detection in Navisworks
• Support residential plan sets and Revit models for custom home and production builder clients
• Manage families, annotations, sheet sets, and model cleanup
• Help us test AI tools and workflows against real coordination problems
• Sit in on multi-trade coordination meetings and take notes
• Grow into running portions of projects independently over your first 12 to 24 months

What We Are Looking For

• Some Revit training (coursework, certificate program, internship, or self-taught with a portfolio)
• Active curiosity about AI, with hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools in your daily work, and ideas about where they could help in construction
• Comfort with computers and a willingness to learn new tools quickly
• The humility to take feedback from industry veterans who have never opened Revit
• A field-first mindset
• Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or residential drafting is a plus, not a requirement
